Who is People Resource Strategies?
Born of the concept to help companies understand Human Resources and help them manage the employee lifecycle, People Resource Strategies has been around since 2001 helping companies with their HR and people development needs.
Our focus is on designing comprehensive solutions to create Synergy and enhance Organizational Effectiveness, working closely with leaders and their line managers and to create strong HR infrastructure.
With over three decades of experience in operations, organizational development and human resources, there isn’t any issue or situation we have not come across and if it’s a first, we have the knowledge and expertise to be able to resolve it working with you. Our programs are geared towards recognizing opportunities where companies enhance their bottom-line.
Lena Bodin, President and CEO of People Resource Strategies is a seasoned organizational development (OD) consultant with over three decades of experience in operations, organizational development, and human resources in various senior level capacities.
Lena started her career working for Shearson, Merrill Lynch, Prudential and Norwest Bank, working with Fortune 50 client companies in the financial, pharmaceuticals, and service industries, before moving into HR at Simon & Schuster as a consultant in 1995.
After several years in progressive HR roles and helping develop HR departments from the ground-up, in 2001, Lena established People Resource Strategies so that she can concentrate on helping companies develop their leaders and address HR challenges on an on-going basis.
Lena likes working with businesses to help affect organizational and individual performance. She coaches leaders in their development of workable business strategies for improving productivity and quality. She is equally effective with senior leaders, middle management and those on the front line of today’s businesses.
Lena holds an MBA in Organizational Behavior and a BBA in Human Resource Management (magna cum laude). She also holds the prestigious SPHR, and the SHRM-SCP designations, along with various certificates in organizational performance methodologies and is a certified Master Level facilitator and trainer.
