Lena Bodin ImageLena Bodin is the President and CEO of People Resource Strategies ("PRS").
Ms. Bodin is a seasoned organizational development (OD) consultant with over twenty-five years of experience in operations and human resources in various senior level capacities.  Her experience encompasses Fortune 500 client companies in the financial, pharmaceuticals, and service industries working with their sales, technical, manufacturing and administration departments during her tenure with Fortune 50 companies.

Ms. Bodin has worked extensively in the areas of organizational performance enhancement through developing leadership programs, competency assessments, performance management systems, and culture change initiatives.  In addition, Ms. Bodin has practical experience in developing infrastructure and implementing innovative HR programs and initiatives to ensure alignment of the HR function with the company’s strategic and business plans.

Ms. Bodin is a proactive professional with a strong desire to work with businesses to help affect organizational and individual performance.  She coaches leaders in their development of workable business strategies for improving productivity and quality.  She is equally effective with senior leaders, middle management and those on the front line of today’s businesses.

Ms. Bodin's edge is her wealth of experience in both operations and human resources, coupled with an MBA in Organizational Behavior and a BBA in Human Resource Management (magna cum laude).  She also holds the prestigious SPHR designation along with various certificates in organizational performance methodologies and is also a certified Master Level facilitator and trainer.  Ms. Bodin is a member of National SHRM and its local chapters, Board Member and Legislative Chair for the Westchester SHRM chapter (WHRMA), as well as several local and regional business associations.  She also serves on the Board of the Rockland Business Association and Chairs its Small Business Council.
